Established in 1952, Holladay Properties has grown and diversified from construction of single-family tract housing to one of the largest privately held developers, design/build firms, and fully integrated real estate companies in the eastern half of the United States. Holladay Properties has built projects ranging from $750,000 to more than $75 million in more than 15 states, with a total project valuation of more than $2 billion. Holladay Properties opened its Nashville, Tenn. office in 1986. Since then, this division has developed a national reputation of excellence in medical office building management, development of medical real estate assets for third-party owners, and development of all real estate property types for its own portfolio. We view ourselves as strategic partners with all our clients, striving to maximize the ROI of the asset, while enhancing the customer service relationship with the tenants. Holladay has managed more than 500 buildings (more than 7,000,000 square feet) in 10 different states.
