ScaleNashville, our small business training program, has helped dozens of Nashville-area business owners take their success to the next level. We are now accepting applications for our 2018 cohort. The deadline to apply is March 19 so apply now!
What is ScaleNashville?
ScaleNashville is a cohort-based training program that helps small business owners take a step outside the day-to-day operations of their business, so they can really work ON their business.
For 2018, we are offering a more in-depth course of programming than ever before. This 6-month program will offer a chance to analyze and improve your business as well as your leadership skills.
The three sections of programming are:
- Examining your business plan and value proposition
- Diving into the vital parts of your operations and how to streamline these processes
- Training on how to be a better leader and improve your relationships with clients, vendors and employees
Each month, ScaleNashville cohort members will meet three times – twice with a facilitator to learn new material and discuss implementing the lessons in their business. The third meeting will be a chance to meet with fellow cohort members and have productive conversations and build lasting relationships.

The most qualified candidates will:
- Own an established small business (or be self-employed)
- Have been in business at least two years
- Be positioned to grow
- Have annual revenues above $150,000
- Make a serious commitment to the program over a six-month period and continue to be involved through participation, ongoing feedback and leadership for the following three years
