Your Input Needed to Make Nashville a More Walkable, Bikeable City

Starting Monday, Jan. 9, Nashville/Davidson County residents can weigh in on the draft plan for WalknBike, Nashville’s strategic plan for sidewalks and bikeways. 

WalknBike outlines Nashville’s most pressing needs for sidewalks and bikeways and a new approach for how to fill those needs - both through city investment and how we ask development to build sidewalks and bikeways. It identifies priority networks for sidewalks and bikeways, and offers strategic recommendations to make Nashville a more walkable and bikeable city. 
 
To share your thoughts, you can: 

• Attend a community meeting (see dates and times below) 
• And/or comment on the plan online at nashvillewalknbike.com.

 
Community Meetings 
There will be a series of meetings following the plan’s release. At each meeting, the project team will go through the plan, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and review maps. The project team will be collecting comments throughout the month of January. We hope you will attend one of the meetings to learn more about the WalknBike draft plan and submit your feedback.
