Q: What's the best thing about doing business in Middle Tennessee?  
A: There are many advantages to doing business in Middle Tennessee. The top three reasons for me are a high density of customers, a large labor pool and highway accessibility. For these reasons, in addition to steady economic growth, Middle Tennessee is the place to do business.

Q: What's your biggest goal for your company in the next year?  
A: Our biggest goal for the upcoming year is responsible, profitable growth. If we can grow our business from the inside out, we can achieve this goal. Growing out of business is a common mistake of small businesses. Growing in line with our model and not getting “out over our skis” is our biggest goal.

Q: What's your best piece of advice for other business owners?  
A: My best advice would be to remember that your product is only 20 percent of your business; your employees are 80 percent. Focus on the people and the rest will take care of itself.

Q: How do you define success?  
A: I define success by loving what I do. I enjoy my work so much it doesn’t feel like work.
