Happy Holidays from the Chamber!

The holiday season brings us the opportunity to reflect, celebrate and be grateful for what we have. As 2016 comes to a close, we are thankful for the growth and success we've enjoyed this year, and we look forward to what the new year will bring.

We asked our staff to share their thoughts about what they appreciate, and what matters most to them.

"All of us at the Chamber know that nothing we do would be possible without the leadership and support of our members. From Moving Forward to Education Report Card, and from our membership drives to the Partnership 2020 campaign, so many of you have stepped up to lead. I’d like to personally thank you for making 2016 a successful and memorable year, and I am thrilled about working with you in 2017 to make Middle Tennessee an even greater place for business." - Stephanie Coleman, chief growth officer

“As I prepare for the holidays, I’m shocked at how fast this year went by! What a thriving community we get to live in. We appreciate each and every one of you. Happy holidays!” - Denise Hoolhorst, member services

"When I joined this organization almost six years ago, I had no idea the magnitude of people I would meet - much less the amount of people I would build relationships with who would ultimately become more than just our members, but people I call my friends. This community is my home, and I love watching the growth occur. Particularly during this time of year, I am reflective on how appreciative I am for each of you who spend your time every day to make Nashville inclusive for all and a place we can all call our home." - Alex Hughes, VP of talent attraction and retention

"I want to say a big thank you to our Partnership 2020 investors. Over the last year, we have campaigned for the new five-year economic development plan, and you have all been incredibly supportive and generous in your contributions. Thank you for making this work possible." - Kate Chinn, VP of investor relations

"A special thank you to all our Chamber members for your membership investment and being part of Nashville’s vitality. Happy holidays!" - Rita McDonald, director of member relations

"Thank you to all of our Chamber members for making 2016 a great year. It is such a pleasure to work at the Chamber because of you. Wishing you and your family a very happy new year!" - Lauren Gregg, manager of member value
