United Way of Greater Nashville

United Way of Greater Nashville is a fundraiser, an investor, and a catalyst for community-wide change. It invests annually in a range of health and human service programs. Priority areas of investment include basic needs, children, neighborhoods, and wellness. Additionally, United Way of Greater Nashville spearheads broader strategic initiatives, in partnership with others, to address the most challenging social issues — such as poverty, hunger, preventable illness — that are at the root of so many individual problems. United Way leverages its experience, influence and relationships with health and human services experts, local and state governments, and community leaders, to bring the right players and decision makers “to the table,” and facilitate measurable and lasting change.
