Leadership Public Education Class of 2021 Application

We are excited for you to apply to the Leadership Public Education 2021 cohort.

Leadership Public Education (LPE) seeks dedicated individuals to join us for the 2021 cohort. Participants, known as fellows, will develop an understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) and acquire the skills and knowledge to serve in elected, appointed, and volunteer community leadership positions.

Acceptance into the program is based on a subjective assessment of the information each applicant provides in this application.

LPE is open to residents of Metro Nashville-Davidson County.

Application is due no later than 11:59PM on Friday, November 27.

The cost is $500 to participate in LPE.

Applicant’s Statement of Commitment:

In order to get the most out of the program and to fulfill the mission of LPE, it is necessary that participants be engaged in the program. A participant with more than two absences will not be able to graduate with the cohort. Any absences must be communicated in advance.
